जय जय हे महिषासुर मर्दिनि रम्यकपर्दिनि शैलसुते| While worshipping Maa Durga in Mahishasur Mardini strotam, we worshippers praise the powers of the Mother. After killing Mahishasura, the Mother was given the name Mahishasur Mardini.
